Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Weather-Related Cancellations:
If your trip must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you’ll have the option to reschedule your trip (with your deposit rolled over) or receive a full refund of your deposit.
Please note: The decision to cancel due to weather rests solely with the captain. We take this responsibility seriously and only cancel when safety or fishability is genuinely at risk.

Weather conditions such as rain alone do not qualify as cause for cancellation. Examples of weather that may lead to a cancellation include:

• Small Craft Advisories

• Unsafe wind/wave conditions

• Unfishable water due to extreme weather

These instances are rare—typically occurring only 3 to 5 days per season.

Rescheduling or Canceling for Personal Reasons:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule with 30+ days’ notice, we’ll do our best to find an alternative date that works for you.

• If less than 30 days' notice is given, rescheduling becomes more difficult. Please let us know as early as possible—we often have a waitlist and may be able to rebook your date.
